Aeros is A-WOL’s youth performance company, with its first performance in 2009. Students ages 10-18, with an intermediate to advanced aerial skill level, audition to become a part of this program. They rehearse a minimum of 2-3 times a week and produce large-scale productions to present to the public. Aeros train in acrobatics, dance, physical theater, choreography, and aerial technique on many different apparatus. The program runs September through June, and students are expected to commit to the entire year.

FlyCo Adult Training Company is a 10-month pre-professional program designed to enhance the artistry, athleticism, and performance skills of adult aerialists. Students train up to four days per week (depending on the track) and multiple performance opportunities,

Circus Rose is AWOL's corporate booking arm and is seeking candidates with extensive performance experience across various aerial apparatus as well as ground acts.

A-WOL's Company dancers spark wonder and curiosity, exploring what becomes possible when the human body takes flight. The A-WOL Company season runs from February through early August, with rehearsal schedules varying by role.
