Our goal in providing these classes is to provide multiple ways for our students to find their favorite aerial practice. If you are looking for a great way to workout, increase your strength and overall health, and experience the thrill of aerial without the pressure to “learn aerial tricks”, this category of classes was designed just for you.

AERIAL FITNESS CLASSES:
Aerial Conditioning:
This is an upbeat circuit style class specifically designed to work on the strength training you need in all of our aerial classes. You will not learn actual tricks but rather build the strength needed to accomplish them in FLY class. Working out has never been so much fun! Level: enrolled in Intro to Fly, Fly 1 or Fly 2.
FlyFit: All levels welcome
Are climbing the stairs to nowhere and pushing steel really motivating you to exercise? It’s time to swing into a brand new circuit training class that is as much fun as it is challenging. Our three-fold approach is designed to keep you motivated and give you an amazingly thorough full body workout. FLY – swing, spin, and dance on the low-flying trapeze; FIT – creative strength training for every muscle group; and FLEX – for a limber and agile body. Join us two to three days per week for a total body transformation that will have friends asking for your amazing new fitness secret! All Levels Welcome.
Weekly Schedule: Mon 9:30am or 5pm, Wed 9:15am, Thurs 5pm, Sat 9am
PlayFit: (age 2-4 + parent) ON HOLD UNTIL SPRING.
Why should your three-year old be the only one in the family that gets time to play and exercise? Bring your little ones (ages 2-4) for a fun playtime workout. We incorporate games, monkey bars, aerial equipment, and lots of laughter to challenge your kids with new skills and give you a workout too. Be ready to release your inner child and work up a sweat! One child per adult please (email for special circumstances). $10 per family (this is for both mom and child together), pay for single class at the door (cash only) or purchase a 10 class aerial fitness card online. Aerial Yoga: All levels welcome
Combining the asanas of yoga with the aerial fabric produces the health benefits of increased blood flow, flexibility in the spine, stability in the shoulders and core strength. The aerial fabric eases the body into the positions and offers a safe and creative way to practice a new style of yoga. This supported style of yoga will build confidence in all levels of students and offers a unique experience. All Levels Welcome.
Weekly Schedule: Aerial Yoga: Tues/Thurs 9-10am, Fri Noon, Sat 10-11am
Open Gym:
Your opportunity to work on your own time! A coach is available to answer questions and assist with individuals, but this is mostly a chance for the experienced aerialist to get in a personal workout, master the trick they learned in class, or explore apparatus on their own. You must get instructor approval before signing up for this class.
